Booking conditions

These conditions apply to bookings made directly on our website.

A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The balance, the remaining 50%, is charged 30 days before arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer.

If you cancel your booking at least 60 days before arrival, we refund 50% of the deposit paid.

No refund is given for later cancellations.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover you against the unexpected.

In July and August we rent by the full week, with arrival and departure on Saturday. In other months the minimum stay is 3 or 4 nights.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating, wi-fi and private parking.

Pets are welcome, with a supplement of €3.50 per day per animal.
