Il Nido is one of the six apartments at our agriturismo with pool in Lecchiore, above Dolcedo, in the hills behind Imperia. A 35 m² one-bedroom apartment with sloping attic ceilings that give it its character and an open view over the Ligurian countryside. It sleeps up to three.
It is on the top floor, with no lift: a few flights of stairs in exchange for the best view and complete peace and quiet.
The double bedroom is private and welcoming. The living area is an open space combining sitting room and kitchen — equipped with a mini oven, four gas burners, toaster, freezer and coffee machine — with the dining area and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
It is the cosiest apartment in the house, the one you choose as a couple, or as three with a child: quiet, high up, with the valley in front of you.
The pool is the shared space of the agriturismo, used by all six apartments: new, very large, with automatic filtration. Around it a well-kept garden full of greenery and flowers, with sun loungers for reading in the sun, tables in the shade, a barbecue and plenty of room for children to run about. It is big enough never to feel crowded.
You are the guests of a real working farm: 3,000 Taggiasca olive trees around you and our mill a few steps away, where you can taste the oil we produce and see how it is made. To welcome you, a glass of wine and seasonal fruit from our vegetable garden.
Here you choose every day: the pool or the sea 11 km away, the natural pools of the Prino valley a kilometre on foot, the paths through the olive groves, the roads for cycling. Dolcedo with its medieval bridges a few minutes away, Imperia and Sanremo half an hour.
We are here, in the farm shop just a few steps away: for advice, information or a helping hand, you will always find us.
Wi-fi, private parking, outdoor washing machine available. Pets welcome with a supplement of €3.50 per day.

- Dall'Autostrada A10 (Genova - Ventimiglia):
- Uscire al casello di Imperia Ovest.
- Direzione Dolcedo:
- Alla rotonda dopo il casello, seguire le indicazioni per Dolcedo / Val Prino prendendo la SP41.
- Proseguire lungo la strada principale risalendo la Val Prino fino ad arrivare al centro abitato di Dolcedo.
- Da Dolcedo a Lecchiore:
- Attraversare Dolcedo e proseguire sulla strada provinciale seguendo le indicazioni verso le frazioni alte (direzione Lecchiore / Bellissimi).
- Seguire la strada panoramica verso l'interno fino a raggiungere la frazione di Lecchiore.
- Arrivo a Casa Asplanato:
- Una volta arrivati a Lecchiore, seguire la strada principale (Via Acquasanta) fino al civico 27.
Con i trasporti pubblici
- In treno:
- Prendere la linea ferroviaria Genova - Ventimiglia e scendere alla stazione di Imperia (Imperia Porto Maurizio / Oneglia).
- In autobus (Riviera Trasporti - RT):
- Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Imperia o dal centro di Imperia Porto Maurizio (Piazza della Repubblica), prendere l'autobus di linea Riviera Trasporti (Linea per la Val Prino / Dolcedo - Lecchiore).
- Controllare gli orari per le corse dirette che salgono fino a Lecchiore (alcune corse terminano a Dolcedo centro; in tal caso è necessario prendere la coincidenza o proseguire per la frazione di Lecchiore).
- Arrivo alla fermata:
- Scendere alla fermata principale di Lecchiore.
- Dalla fermata, la struttura in Via Acquasanta 27 è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata a piedi di pochi minuti nel borgo

Siamo Nicola e Anna. Coltiviamo 3.000 ulivi di Taggiasca sulle colline sopra Dolcedo e produciamo il nostro olio nel frantoio dell'azienda, a pochi passi dagli appartamenti.
Casa Asplanato è nata così: sei appartamenti ricavati nelle case di pietra tra gli uliveti, con una piscina in mezzo al verde. Ci trovate ogni giorno nel negozio dell'azienda — per un consiglio su dove andare, per una mano, o semplicemente per assaggiare l'olio.
